Effective management is the cornerstone of a successful project. Our project managers take full responsibility for the smooth implementation of AV systems, coordinating our in-house teams and liaising with main contractor trades, furniture providers, and—crucially—the client’s IT team to ensure a seamless deployment.
Our project managers offer the following services to support AV installation:
- Collaborating with AV Consultants on the final system design
- Coordinating the drawing pack and project documentation
- Managing the high-level network design
- Conducting workshops with the main contractor team to integrate audio-visual equipment into the broader project or program
- Attending project meetings and managing the overall schedule
- Liaising with our warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials for each project phase
- Preparing and submitting operations and maintenance manuals
- Overseeing witness testing and ensuring smooth project handover and sign-off
